Meet the Intern

Hi everyone, and welcome to The Many Adventures of the Homemaking Intern! 

My name is Shannon,
and I am a book wormy,
Pride and Prejudice loving,
knitting,
football watching,
baking like crazy,
compulsively crafting,
head in the clouds gal who has a strong desire to learn and live life to the fullest. 

I am a homeschool graduate, 

studying web design and herbalism at home, 

and learning under my sweet Mom 

everything

I didn't have time to learn during my high school years...and believe me, there wasn't a ton of time between trying to get through that mountain of school...=) 

From honing in my cooking skills, 

gardening our third acre hobby farm, 

and taking care of chickens, 

 to baking keifer bread, sewing, and learning herbalism together, 

Mom and I are going to be covering it all and have fun while doing it! 

This blog is going to be a journalism of my journey of learning those skills and so many more that go along with the best, 

hardest, 

 and most important  

career there ever was, is, and ever will be: 

being a Homemaker.

 

My Mom is the best example God could have given me , and I am so thankful and excited to get to learn under her during these years at home! 

Also, I am excited to get to share my journey with you all! =D
